Initially our aim was to offer only carpets made only in the Milas region of Turkey, but following many requests for carpets from other parts of Turkey we have now extended our range.

We still offer an extensive range of carpets from the Milas region whose distinctive colors and designs go back to Ottoman times.

We have a carpet shop on the high street in the Aegean coastal resort of Bodrum and a showroom in the mountainside village of Comlekci (pronounced Chom-lek-chee) some 25Kms from Bodrum, 10Kms from Bodrum Airport and close to the market town of Milas which gives its name to the carpets produced in this region.

Our carpet showroom in the village of Comlekci also includes a small Carpet Museum depicting the history of the craft of carpet making as well as displaying many of the tools used. Visitors to our village showroom also

 have the opportunity to visit the village Mosque and to meet with the villagers in their own homes where many of the carpets are made.

Each carpet or kilim in our online showroom has its own webpage that includes a picture, its size in both metric and imperial, its weight, colors and a description. It is of course no substitute for actually visiting our showroom, seeing, smelling and feeling the actual carpets.
