Packages are described as 'CARPET' or 'KILIM', you should check what the import arrangements are required and what duties [if any] may payable in your country. Personal callers to our village showroom or shop in Bodrum can claim local purchase tax back if they take the carpet/ kilim with them using the GLOBAL REFUND system. Each carpet is dispatched with our written certificate of authenticity, guaranteeing that the carpet is hand made in Turkey and made completely from natural materials. We cannot however guarantee that all Turkish carpets are magic carpets, but opening a package containing a genuine hand made Turkish carpet from Turkey delivered right to your door is a magical experience. We are so sure you will be delighted with your carpet, in addition to our guarantee of authenticity we now include a MONEY BACK GUARANTEE. If the carpet/ kilim you receive is not a genuine hand made item, not only will we refund your money you get to keep it. In 2010 our MONEY BACK GUARANTEE was extended: If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will refund the cost of the carpet providing it is, within 30 days of purchase, returned to us undamaged and in the same condition as sent.
