Well looked after Turkish Carpets not only retain
their value but in some cases, if the design is particularly rare,
significantly increase in value. The appeal of an older carpet is
that they are usually more supple and have a shine resulting from
years of service, (particularly noticeable on this fine example).
Depending on the age and the amount of wear older carpets can usually
