A very nice small carpet that will brighten up any
room. A standard design depicting stylized Patlican plants that
surround the center design known as 'Tavuk Acak' or 'Chickens Feet'
and an outer border of small triangles. When made, the design motifs
of this carpet were bordered in black, during the cleaning and finishing
process the black pile was cut back by hand to form a 'valley',
giving the design motifs and borders a three dimensional look. The
design, including the black outlines can be seen on the reverse
side.
