A pale carpet in several complimentary colors. A
traditional and popular design incorporating Aubergines and chickens
feet. This type of carpet normally has the design borders outlined
in Black. Because of its pale finish, the design borders were outlined
in light brown, during the cleaning and finishing process the light
brown pile was cut back by hand to form a 'valley', giving the panel
border a three dimensional look. The design, including the light
brown outlines can be seen on the reverse side. |
